Prices subjected to change based on demand and overall improvement in my work.

Prices displayed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Please make note of the conversation rate if you are paying in another currency.

I have the right to reject, cancel and refund (if applicable) any commission for any reason.

For a smooth process, ensure that references and any directions are clear.

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

Unlimited revisions for sketches.

2 allowed revisions for lineart and colouring.

Extra revisions for previously approved changes are subject to additional fees.

Commission times vary from 7 to 45 days depending on multiple factors:
▸Health
▸Complexity of the piece
▸Other work, which may include commissions
▸Other unexpected life events

Complicated character designs will incur an extra $30 fee, unless it is agreed upon that I can simplify the design.

You will receive two image files once the commission is complete—one with the coloured background and one transparent; there is no physical product.
▸Let me know if you would like the commission to come in a certain resolution (i.e. wallpapers).

If there is a deadline that must be met:
▸45 days or less: +50% attached on top of the price
oo▸Commissions will be rejected if it cannot be feasibly completed (i.e. requesting an intricate piece be completed in a day)
▸More than 45 days: No extra charges required

There are two ways you can pay for your commission:
▸100% upfront; or,
▸50% upfront and 50% after the sketch has been approved

Payment will generally be done through Artistree or VGen (no account needed for either).
▸All forms of payment must fully go through their respective platforms.

Full refunds will not be granted once I start your commission.

You will receive a full refund if:
▸You cancel your order before it is started; or,
▸I am unable to start on the commission for any reason

If you cancel the commission at some point after I have started it, you will be refunded 50% of what has been paid.
▸If you paid 100% upfront, you will be refunded half of the commission’s price.
▸If you paid 50% upfront and decide to cancel the commission before or during the sketch phase, you receive half of what you paid as a refund.
▸If you paid both installments after the sketch phase, you will be refunded half of the commission’s price (same as if you paid 100% upfront).

Refunds will not be granted if I am already 90-100% done with your commission.

For all refunded commissions, you will receive the product as is.

As the artist:
▸I retain all copyrights over the artwork created
▸I reserve the right to post the commission artwork on any platform or in any publications for showcase.
▸I will not retain any IPs related to the commission artwork (i.e. original characters, fandom characters, etc.)

You, as the buyer or commissioner:
▸Retain any IPs related to you (i.e. original characters)
▸Can upload the artwork to any online platform with credit
▸Can alter or edit the artwork so long as the signature is not removed (using it as a pfp or icon is fine!)
▸May not claim the artwork as their own

If you commission my art for personal use, you may NOT use it for commercial purposes.

Commercial usage includes, but is not limited to:
▸Selling or distributing the artwork as merchandise
▸Using the artwork as part of advertisements or branding
▸Including the artwork in sold publications or in other media

Commercial usage is subjected to a 1.5x to 2x increase in price.

Using the artwork for AI training or for NFTs is strictly prohibited.
